Work may be paused where agreed payments are overdue.

Any timeline provided is an estimate based on expected cooperation and normal processing conditions.

Delays may arise due to incomplete documentation, client response times, certification body schedules, government processing, laboratory testing, inspections, regulatory changes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where a service involves a certification body, government department, testing laboratory, regulator or other independent authority, final approval or certification is controlled by that respective authority.

Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, graphics, design, branding and other materials belongs to GLOBAL QUALITY CERTIFICATION or is used with appropriate permission.
